9:30 am - 100-Yard High Heel Dash

8:00 am - 11:00 am - Health Expo  & Shoe Drive

LULULEMON FREE TRAINING PROGRAM!

 

Come and join the lululemon "Cool Racers" as we train for the 2010 Magic Shoe 5K. lululemon Run Ambassador and nine-time Ironman/endurance coach Thomas Miller will be leading this beginning running group for 4 weeks leading up to this years Magic Shoe 5K.

1. •8:30 - 9:10 am - 30-40 minutes run/walk training program
   

2. •9:15 - 9:30 am - Core Conditioning
